A bee-ish creature in a bindweed

This is more a fly than a bee, but it is helpful, too.

The bindweed is a weed, I know, but I like to keep some of them in the garden. The blossoms are beautiful and the insects like them.

The proper name of the bindweed is Convolvulus and it is part of the morning glory family. Now, this sounds funny and makes me smile with a blush 🙂

The other funny name is: Creeping Jenny

The German name is boring: die Winde. Is just calling it, what it does: to wind, to twist.
